12 hectares between Langhe and Roero, carefully selected and cultivated according to the family agricultural tradition. Their organic is not invented: it is the result of years spent cultivating vineyards in the lush biodiversity of the area, a job made of long waits: the passage of time that transforms healthy grapes into wines of character. “Rediscovering ourselves as producers every day with the enthusiasm and carefreeness that life has given us: our mission proudly ties us to the territory, allowing us to look to the horizon and find new opportunities.” Making wine for the sake of drinking it is a wonderful thing, after all. • Fermentazione con macerazione sulle bucce di media durata in acciaio inox, di cui la metà a cappello sommerso.

• Maturazione in botte grande di rovere di media durata ed affinamento in bottiglia.

• Colore rosso rubino con riflessi granati.

• Note intense di frutta matura con ricordi di legno; il sorso è equilibrato, fine e netto nel richiamo olfattivo.

• Corpo e tannino bilanciati, con un finale di spezie.

• Fermentation with maceration on the skins for medium duration in stainless steel, half of which with submerged cap.
• Maturation in large oak barrels of medium duration and refinement in bottle.
• Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Intense notes of ripe fruit with hints of wood; the sip is balanced, fine and clear in its olfactory appeal.
• Balanced body and tannin, with a spicy finish
• 14% vol
